My stay at the hotel was a mix of delightful moments and minor inconveniences. The lush tropical garden setting of the rooms, often used for bridal photos, was charming, but a slight issue with our reserved room for two was a tad bothersome. On the bright side, the small balcony offered a cozy spot to relax in a rattan chair, though a caution against smoking to avoid any fire-related accidents. Overall, the suite, even as the cheapest option, was lovely.

The rooms are located around lush tropical gardens and frequently used for bridal photos. Despite our reservation for two being a bit annoying, the small balcony provided a nice spot to sit outside. Just be cautious not to burn the hotel down. The suite was lovely, even as the cheapest option.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff checked on our breakfast arrangements for the days we were staying and kindly packed breakfast sets for us to take away before our Mt Bromo trip. Despite lacking local culinary options like Bakwan Surabaya or Nasi Pecel, the staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The suite was lovely and spacious, overlooking the central garden. The location, although not perfect due to nearby construction, was still close to the largest shopping mall in Surabaya.
